Casau’s strategic location on a small peak above Vielha, at an altitude of 1,003 metres, grants it privileged views towards Montcorbison and Naut Aran.
Its church, dedicated to Sant Andrèu, is a fine example of the confluence of several architectural styles. Its notable features include one of the latest of the valley’s church towers, dating from the 18th century, as well as a magnificent collection of sculptures.
