The most adventurous visitors can drive their own snowmobile and enjoy routes across spreading snow plains in a wilderness environment, passing through unvisited areas. A range of different guided trips is available, and can be combined with a magnificent lunch or supper in a traditional mountain hut.
You can try this activity in two of most impressive locations in the Val d’Aran: the valley of Aiguamòg and Banhs de Tredòs, which at 1,740 m is considered to be the highest spa in Europe, and is also one of the entry points to the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park, and also in the Plan de Beret, at 1,860 m, where other activities such as dog sled trips or horse-drawn sleigh rides are organized.
